Lippert Railway produces glass windows and interior furniture for trains with a focus on high quality products and research of innovative solutions, offering their products to vehicle owners, operators, manufacturers and refurbishers, industry subcontractors and authorities and organizations.
Lippert Marine, with its brand Lewmar, presents to its customers a portfolio of hardware, winches, hydraulics, windlasses, anchors, thrusters, steering systems, hatches and portlights to suit every boat from the smallest day fisher to largest mega-yacht.
Job Summary The Plant Quality Specialist will report to the Quality Manager Caravanning Italy and must manage the quality control and quality assurance of the Plant in coordination with the General Manager.

Tasks Ensure the quality of the incoming product from suppliers and manage problems in the internal production area following external disputes.
Ensure compliance with established mandatory and voluntary standards and in particular production control.
Comply with company procedures in the various functions subject to certification.
Provide all the necessary support to the customer to satisfy specific requests and identified qualitative needs.
Monitor supplies and manage complaints and disputes with the task of validating and certifying suppliers in the field of raw materials, semi-finished products and competing services to guarantee business activity.
Manage any non-conformities from customers, ensuring their success and quantifying the direct and indirect costs generated, activating and managing, on the basis of indications from management, any corrective and/or preventive actions that may be necessary for the correct implementation of the corporate quality established.
Continuously carry out the surveillance envisaged by the established procedures and control plans.
Periodically carry out internal and external audits of suppliers.
Actively and coordinated participation in the audits of the certification and control body.
Support and manage internal relationships with production, the technical office, the purchasing office and the logistics office in order to improve the product or the process.
Supervise the work of production and other company departments.
Develop and standardize documentation to support ISO9001.
Offer support in defining process and function objectives and indicators and carry out results reporting activities.
Carry out practical laboratory tests and trials (mechanical, physical tests, etc. ).
Participate in research and development activities in the field of innovative materials, taking care of the applicable control processes and compliance with the programmes.
Assicurare la qualità del prodotto in entrata dai fornitori e gestire le problematiche in ambito produttivo interno a seguito di contestazioni esterne.
Garantire il rispetto delle norme cogenti e volontarie stabilite ed in particolare il controllo in produzione.
Rispettare le procedure aziendali nelle varie funzioni oggetto di certificazione.
Fornire tutto il supporto necessario verso il cliente al fine di soddisfare richieste specifiche ed esigenze qualitative individuate.
Monitorare le forniture e gestire reclami e conteziosi con il compito di validare e certificare i fornitori in ambito materie prime, semilavorati e servizi concorrenti al fine di garantire l’attività aziendale.
Gestire eventuali non conformità provenienti da clienti assicurandone il buon esito e quantificando costi diretti ed indiretti generati, attivando e gestendo, sulla base delle indicazioni provenienti dalla direzione, eventuali azioni correttive e/o preventive che si rendessero necessarie per la corretta attuazione dei programmi di qualità aziendale stabiliti.
Svolgere con continuità la sorveglianza prevista dalle procedure e dai piani di controllo previsti.
Svolgere periodicamente verifiche ispettive interne ed esterne verso fornitori.
Partecipare in maniera attiva e coordinata alle verifiche ispettive dell’ente di certificazione e controllo.
Supportare e gestire relazioni interne con la produzione, l’ufficio tecnico, l’ufficio acquisti e l’ufficio logistica al fine di migliorare il prodotto o il processo.
Supervisionare l’operato della produzione e di altri reparti aziendali.
Sviluppare e standardizzare la documentazione a supporto della ISO9001.
Offrire supporto nella definizione degli obiettivi e degli indicatori di processo e di funzione e svolgere attività di reporting sui risultati.
Eseguire test e prove pratiche di laboratorio (test meccanici, fisici ecc).
Partecipare ad attività di ricerca e sviluppo in ambito materiali innovativi avendo cura dei processi di controllo applicabili e del rispetto dei programmi.
Requirements and skills Three-year degree in technical engineering disciplines or Technical Diploma. 2/3 years of experience in quality management and control.
Experience in organization and management of activities and processes.
Organizational and operational skills.
Knowledge of company processes and functions.
Knowledge of the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.
Knowledge of quality control procedures.
Good knowledge of the English language.
