Key Responsibilities Promote strong synergy among all Module Teams, to guarantee that the relevant information on the issues observed in the fab are well shared and acknowledged, thus ensuring overall timely problems root causes identification, corrective actions selection and robust processes/ procedures definition to prevent reoccurrences.
Ensure Process & Equipment Robustness and Stability, focusing on the opportunities and priorities for continuous improvement and breakthrough on Fab performances in terms of Quality, Service and Costs.
Support Preventive Maintenance activities and Equipment Variability Program, with the aim to focus on the key priorities related to these programs and identify/implement improvement and breakthrough actions across the organization.
Ensure equipment performance, in terms of Down time, Mean Time between Failure and Variability.
Strongly contribute to Technological Innovation, through the participation to Research and Development activities on new Technologies and Products, in close collaboration with R&D and Divisional teams, and supporting their Industrialization and Ramp up, so to enable the achievement of Yield and Cycle time commitments.
Foster the application of ST fundamental values concerning Environment, Safety, Customer Satisfaction across the Operations.
Guarantee the best in class Quality and Service towards internal and external customers.
Knowledge, Skills and capabilities: From 6 to 10 years’ experience in the same or similar roles; Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics or equivalent; Able to work by goals and excellent time management skills.
Ability to communicate appropriately with all levels within the organization from analyst to senior leaders as well as the ability to collaborate and build positive relationships.
Maximize the knowledge/expertise of human resources, by encouraging the development of technical know-how and people’s empowerment.
