Mgr Value Stream Production Ii

Manitowoc, international leader in providing lifting equipments and solutions with our brands Potain and Grove, is looking for a Value Stream Manager to support the Operational Team based in Niella Tanaro (CN).
Main Responsibilities in this Role Responsible for the production cycle of the assigned Value Stream, organizing the production department from internal incoming of parts and components to finished cranes delivery.
Guarantee the maximum quality level of products through line quality inspections.
Employee management, ensuring the appropriate training and information.
Guarantee compliance with the company safety standards.
Ensure that all stages of production are clearly defined and visible for the whole organization.
To be successful in this Role Engineering or other Technical degree Five or more years of directly relevant experience in manufacturing industries Problem Solving &Decision Making Flexibility and Proactivity Stress Resistance People Management &Team Building Knowledge of Lean principles Knowledge of EH S regulations in compliance with D Lgs 81/2008 e smi#J-18808- Ljbffr
