MASTER DATA COORDINATOR

We are looking for a Master Data Coordinator for our office in Induno Olona ( Varese). The candidate, with solid experience in Master Data Management and process governance, will be involved in an important international migration project, with the responsibility of coordinating all activities related to Master Data management.

Main Responsibilities:




• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of master data, including material data (BO Ms, production versions), customers, and suppliers.


• Implement, manage and monitor data governance policies and procedures to ensure integrity and compliance with internal and external standards.


• Collaborate with the IT team and with the business to develop and improve analysis and reporting models.


• Coordinate the activities of entering and managing new master data records, ensuring that all necessary information are accurately collected and managed in the company’s information systems and tools.


• Manage activities and relationship in large-scale projects, developing good interactions with the group and international project stakeholders (in English).


• Develop and provide training to end users on master data management processes and best practices to ensure correct entry and maintenance.


• Coordinate cross-functional projects to consolidate, clean and optimize master data across the organization.


• Design and implement customized reports and dashboards.
Requirements:



• Proven experience in master data management and process governance in SAP / SAP4HANA environments (e. g. , Masterdata Specialist or Supervisor / SAP data cleansing specialist / Data Analyst, etc. ). Preferable knowledge of specific Master Data Management tools (e. g. , Informatica MDM).


• Data analysis and management skills, attention to detail, accuracy.


• Solid understanding of the role of master data within the business processes of manufacturing and consumer-oriented companies.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to interact effectively with different departments and teams.


• Active participation and experience in data migration and harmonization projects and system transformation.


• Skills in training end users and documenting processes.


• Preferable background in structured / multinational companies, FMCG or food and beverage sector


• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
