Guardiamo al nostro domani con la stessa passione di ieri e abbiamo bisogno anche del tuo talento Responsibilities Lead the implementation of Mar Tech end-to-end solutions, which may include elements of Mar Tech Architecture and integrations, Marketing Data management, Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, Marketing Automation and CD Ps (such as but not limited to Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Pardot, Adobe CDP, Oracle CDP).
Participate in proposal development, project planning and cost estimation.
Lead people, building trust, developing their skills and ensuring their growth.
As a leader, you will coach, mentor and support your team.
Grow your own technical expertise, keeping up to date with the most recent best practices and deepening your knowledge of Mar Tech Platforms such as Marketing Automation, CD Ps and the overall Mar Tech stack.
Design innovative Mar Tech solutions based on the most current industry best practices to enable a memorable customer experience. 7-10 years of professional experience in Digital Transformation and Mar Tech consulting at an established management consulting firm, digital agency and/or equivalent hands-on industry experience, preferably leading a small team.
Extensive Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience with a Mar Tech stack, including Marketing Automation and CDP technologies and best practices.
Implemented, optimized or managed a Mar Tech stack, including Marketing Automation, CD Ps and how they integrate with sales platforms and other solutions.
Gathered business requirements, documented them and led solutioning based on said requirements for Mar Tech Platforms.
Demonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology – requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy ( Agile methodology preferable).
Skills Demonstrable core consulting skills with a track record of quality delivery, interpersonal and cross-functional relationship development skills.
Strong understanding of Mar Tech ecosystems and architecture, requirements gathering, gap analysis, optimization.
Ability to drive results independently but thrives in collaborative environments.
Coaching mentality.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent written and oral communication.
