What will you do? Collaborare con il Responsabile della Qualità per garantire la qualità del prodotto e la qualità del processo; Seguire gli audit di processo; Rispondere alle Compliant Request dei clienti, definendo eventuali azioni di contenimento e miglioramento a seguito di tali segnalazioni; Comunicare efficacemente all'interno dell'organizzazione a vari livelli e al fine di contenere e gestire i problemi del prodotto; Partecipare attivamente alle riunioni giornaliere; Gestire tempestivamente eventi critici con azioni correttive a breve e lungo termine; Monitorare i principali indicatori qualità quotidianamente e definire azioni per il miglioramento continuo.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful? Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Industriale o dei Materiali; Conoscenza fluente della lingua italiana e della lingua inglese; Conoscenza del disegno tecnico; Conoscenze di statistica; Buona capacità comunicativa e di lavoro in team; Buone capacità di pianificazione, organizzazione e problem solving (la conoscenza delle principali metodologie di problem solving è considerato un plus).
