Key Responsibilities: • Prioritizing tasks by coordinating with the warehouse for order management and flow planning. • Handling communication with national authorities (such as ASL, Chamber of Commerce, customs, etc. ) to request necessary certificates. • Issuing required shipping documentation (customs documents, delivery notes, etc. ). • Issuing sales invoices and any necessary credit notes. • Managing transport providers efficiently. • Handling complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements: • Knowledge of export regulations and customs documentation. • Familiarity with national authorities for certifications/new authorizations. • Proficiency in English (C1 level). • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. • The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
