LGS - Cameri - Senior Facility Manager Job Description: Leonardo Global Solutions (LGS) is looking for a Senior Facility Manager to join the Customer Care & Service Delivery team in the North- West Industrial Cluster.
The candidate will be responsible for managing both hard and soft services on-site, coordinating the team and external contractors.
The Senior Facility Manager will handle the active and passive contracts for LGS at the site (maintenance and soft services); specifically, they will: Ensure the delivery of facility management services at the relevant sites, integrating with the Client and coordinating the resident team; Engage with the Client to manage operational needs and resolve complaints and service disruptions, enhancing customer loyalty; Identify service needs, plan, and control the related progress; Manage contracts and relationships with suppliers for service delivery; Monitor management progress through key performance indicators (KP Is) as defined in contracts against service level agreements (SL As), conducting internal reviews and updates for the Client; Ensure the feeding and updating of information systems; Monitor the budget for assigned sites, ensuring timely reporting; Conduct inspections and related reporting for relevant services; Evaluate the condition of assets and develop a five-year extraordinary maintenance budget; Propose and implement improvements and integrations to the service.
Minimum Qualifications: Education: Degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Management Engineering, or Architecture.
Experience Level: Senior Technical Skills: Proven experience in managing facilities at a site (production, retail, chemical-pharmaceutical, industrial).
Behavioral Skills: Adaptability, proactiveness, listening and service skills, time management, and ability to manage complexities.
Language Skills: English at B2/C1 level.
IT Skills: Proficient in Office Suite, Win Project, SAP, AutoCAD, CMMS.
Willingness to travel for short trips is required.
Preferred: Training as a maintenance supervisor/manager.
