Responsible for content management for knowledge-based systems supporting the Regional Network Enterprise Center (RNEC) South.
Promotes knowledge sharing through the organization’s operational business processes and systems by strengthening links between knowledge sharing and the information system.
Responsible for tracking metrics and trends, and analysis of activities surrounding the input, processing, and output of data from the various computer programs or systems.
Represents RNEC leadership at various meetings and on working groups and implements knowledge sharing initiatives.
Assists leadership in driving organization in desired direction, fosters cultural change, provides recommendations/options to institutionalize Knowledge Management.
Requirements Conditions of Employment Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
Three year trial/probationary period may be required.
Incumbent must obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
Incumbent must obtain and maintain a U.
S. driver's license and military driver's license.
Incumbent must obtain a U.
S. official passport.
TDY up to 10% is required.

To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe one year of specialized experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position.
Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled.
Specialized experience would be demonstrated by: Managing digital and paper publications pertaining to knowledge communication, tools, and training materials; Ensuring the appropriate personnel are trained and oriented on using agency practices, techniques, and technology tools; Developing and supporting compliance of policy, processes, and guidance to govern and institutionalize knowledge management practices and initiatives.

For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone-no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
