Role Type Permanent What you'll be doing: Are you ready to drive new opportunities and propel Avon's growth in the retail and digital landscape? We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Key Account Manager to develop and maintain exceptional relationships with our partners, implementing expansion plans with strong negotiation skills to win in new channels.
Key responsibilities: Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with retail and digital partners to unlock new growth avenues for Avon.
Implement our vision from strategy to execution, leveraging your selling and negotiation skills to secure success in this channel.
Oversee sales and manage relationships with our partners across multiple categories, aiming for profitable sales growth.
Collaborate closely with the supply chain to maximize efficiency and control costs, establishing best practices.
Manage all aspects of developing and nurturing retail partnerships.
Negotiate listings, additional distribution space, and cost price changes with customers as needed.
Ensure timely submission of all necessary paperwork.
Work with Marketing and retailers to manage a Trade Investment plan that drives sales while maximizing profitability.
Partner with IT to ensure alignment and compatibility.
Collaborate with Merchandising to align financial forecasts with unit demand and proactively submit in line with the business-critical path.
Build strong contacts with forecasting and supply chain teams to manage cost-effective supply chains and operational efficiencies.
Review company reports to understand customer objectives and direction, and develop joint business plans accordingly.
Develop industry contacts in the beauty sector and share insights and developments with the wider team.
Skills & Competencies: Fluent in written and spoken English.
Proficient in negotiation and sales management.

Proficient in P&L management and budget planning.
