In this role, you will be a crucial link between our sales team and customers, providing exceptional support and driving sales growth from within our organization.
Collaborate with field sales representatives to manage customer accounts and support sales initiatives Process and track sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment Analyze sales data and prepare reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information to support the sales process Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction Assist in the development and implementation of internal sales strategies Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales approaches Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred Fluency in English, both written and spoken Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Knowledge of the Italian market and business practices Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and support team goals #J-18808- Ljbffr
