You will be handling communications via phone, social media, chatbox, and emails.
Key Responsibilities : Assist customers with a wide range of airline-related queries.
Provide solutions and support over multiple communication channels.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Requirements : Native-level fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.
Strong communication, writing, and listening skills.
Previous customer care experience is essential.
Computer literacy; possession of an ECDL certificate is preferred.
Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, Monday to Sunday.
