The IT Onsite Supporter will troubleshoot and conduct problem determination to identify a problem source and resolution and works closely with the different support teams.
You will be part of an EMEA Team and work closely with other IT departments and local People & Organization.
Our IT supporter is required to work onsite, at our Swisslog Maranello office in Italy.
Your main tasks will be: You will be responsible for 2nd level support for Swissloggers in the South region in need of IT support through onsite support or via remote support.
You will be responsible for effective handling of support requests (ticket management system) and ensure each incident is resolved in the best way.
You will be responsible for installation, maintenance and administration of PC’s, notebooks and mobile devices.
You will support local People & Organization in the onboarding of new Swissloggers from an IT perspective, as well as off-boarding.
You will also give 3rd level support on problems regarding server, network or IT security.
You will in addition to your main tasks be involved in supporting our Global IT projects and our continuous process of modernizing our infrastructure.
