Our Marketing Team is looking for an International Trade Marketing Trainee to serve as strategic link between the company and its international distributors.
The role involves supporting the implementation of marketing plans across key markets, ensuring that global guidelines are adhered to while aligning with local market needs.
Main Tasks Support Regional Managers in delivering local market plans.
Provide guidelines and assets to the markets to ensure communication consistency with global guidelines.
Adapt and manage trade marketing assets provided by the global team, ensuring alignment with local market requirements.
Update and monitor the digital asset management platform to ensure all trade marketing materials (key visuals, promotional assets, etc. ) are current and accessible to international markets.
Support the organization of international trade fairs.
Understand the international market needs within the countries, filter and report them to the HQ.
Collaborate and communicate with key stakeholders, including the Global Marketing team and international commercial teams.
Track the effectiveness of trade marketing activities in international markets.
Collect feedback, analyze performance, and prepare reports for the global team with actionable recommendations.
The profile requires Soft Skills Communicating & Influencing Digital Agility Proactivity Technical Skills Bachelor’s degree in economics, Communication, Marketing, Business Management or related fields.
Preferred experience in foreign country ( Erasmus programme, Internship abroad).
Post graduated course on Beverage, Spirits, Luxury brand management preferred.
Understanding of emerging/latest digital media trends.
Fluent in English and Italian.
