Position Summary We're looking for an Industrial Controlling Analyst Senior in Reggio Emilia Location.
The position is primarily in charge of inventory evaluation, production flows, and opex control (labor cost and expenses).
The position contributes to the accuracy of monthly closing, weekly indicators, rolling forecasts, and budget, respecting deadlines and Dana policies.
Moreover, the position participates in studies and action plans together with local management and all departments of the Grand Reggio entities, to provide controlling tools and support to improve the profitability of the business.
Main Responsibilities Inventory evaluation Industrial costing: Responsible for flows analytical accounting (cost of production and sales), defining production hourly rate costs.
Analysis aiming to improve business marginality.
Opex (forecast and follow up): Headcount and labor cost Operation expenses Sales, General & Administrative Main Opportunities and Challenges Contribution impact to: Preparation of the rolling forecasts, budget, and weekly trend.
Measure and analyze the variances versus standard with operation controllers.
Definition of the product cost and standard rules with costing.
Definition and follow-up with IT of the improvements needed in SAP.
Project of simplification and integration of the various entities of the company.
Implementation of new Dana policies and provide studies required by management.
Major Internal Relationships Local: Controlling, Accounting (local and shared services), Costing, Purchase and Logistic, Operations, IT.
Intragroup: Finance BU and Corporate, Logistic, Continuous Improvement, other entities.
Job Position Requirements Education: University bachelor degree in economics/accounting.
Professional Background: Controlling in manufacturing plants with SAP.
Hard Skills Essential: Languages: Italian & English mandatory.
Technical Skills: Essential: Excel, SAP, inventory management and accounting, experience in a controlling department of a manufacturing facility.
Considered as a plus: Experience in a multinational company, USGAAP, HFM, SOX/internal controls.
