POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for personnel administration, supporting recruitment processes, and assisting with training and development initiatives. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Personnel Administration:
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Process employee documentation, including contracts, onboarding paperwork, and benefits enrollment.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures and benefits.
• Assist in the administration of time in/time off, leave management and overtime hours verification
Recruitment Support:
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening and coordinating interviews.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Training and Development:
• Coordinate training sessions and workshops, including scheduling and logistics.
• Maintain training records and track employee progress.
• Assist in the development of training materials and resources.
• Support the implementation of employee development programs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or . equivalent.
Knowledge of the Italian language is mandatory.
Related Work Experience: At least 3 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
