A, world leader in the design and implementation of test systems for microchips and electronic boards, is looking for an HR Process Engineer.
The identified resource, with excellent data reading and analysis skills, will support HR management in identifying, defining processes flows and standardized management actions for organizational changes. Activities: Analysis of existing business data and processes, to identify areas for improvement and develop ways of optimization and tools to read the effectiveness and efficiency of the company. Analysis, identification, control and supervision of the operational phases necessary to achieve the objectives, through the development of specific projects that will be defined from time to time. Collaboration with different company departments such as: Finance, Management Control, BU managers, in order to design the standardization of processes and objectives defined by the Management.
Implement and/or maintain standard procedures of work processes, aimed at organizational change.
Support in the identification and monitoring of process KP Is. Requirements required: Degree in management engineering. Analytical, organisational and communication skills. Flexibility, relational and mediation skills; Project management skills and strong result orientation.
