You will facilitate daily HR functions like keeping track of employee records and supporting the interview process.
Your role also involves performing tasks with a focus to grow our company’s talent pipeline and improve our sourcing tactics.
The ideal candidate should be able to contribute to the attainment of specific goals and results of the HR department and the organization.
Key Responsibilities Administer compensation and benefit plans Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies Undertake tasks around performance management Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form Maintain HR ERP in line with the organization of the school and ISP guidelines Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities Ensure compliance with labour regulations Skills, Qualifications and Experience Proven experience as an HR staff Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures Good knowledge of employment/labour laws Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Power Point, in particular) Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems (e. g.
Workday) Experience of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communities Familiarity with social media recruiting Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle data with confidentiality Good organizational and time management skillsB Sc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus International Schools Partnership The International Schools Partnership (ISP) is creating a leading learning-centred international family of private schools that provide high quality education for 2 - 18 year olds.
