Responsibilities In coordination with the Holding HR Manager, the HR Business Partner will be involved in the following activities: Recruiting: responsible for all aspects/phases of the recruiting process (hire to retire): J Ds definition, interviews, job offers, etc.
Develop and select effective recruitment channels & agents, manage the vacancies in Internal Job Market.
Training: identify/collect information about training needs and in accordance with both Group and Local programs and ensure the deployment of the most appropriate training activities Support the business managers in all People Development processes/initiatives Define and implements an Employer Branding strategy at country level Support the Holding HRM to implement HR policies and best practices driving consistency and considering business needs.
Support the Holding HRM in managing the labour and organizational issues Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR related topics.
Actively promote diversity & inclusion in all aspects of our operations and strive to improve the diversity of our teams and leadership positions.
Mission In coordination with the HR Manager and the G Ms of the different operational units, the HR Business Partner will be involved and manage all HR processes: Recruitment, training and development, organization development.
At country level, he/she will elaborate an Employer Branding strategy in alignment with global group goals and local business needs and he/she will secure a well working environment by facilitating transparent communication, promoting Company Culture, and taking care of the employee relations.

Experience requirements Previous experience in the same position or similar role in multicultural environment and in complex organizations.
Knowledge- Very good command of English both in speaking and writing- Good knowledge of labour legislation- Good knowledge of development tools ( feedback, individual assessment, etc,)- Computer literacy in MS office ( Word, Excel and Power Point) Educational requirements- Degree (or equivalent) while a Master in Human Resources will be considered as plus Personality requirements- Strong communications and influencing skills- Have a good cross-cultural awareness- Enthusiasm, team player, self-motivated and well organized- Eager to learn and improve continuously- Very good stress management- Ability to work in a change environment Country and city description Milano - Cinisello Balsamo; request to travel for 20-30% of the time Company presentation Within Atlas Copco Italia, a Holding organization is responsible for all matters related to compliance – it includes Tax, Legal, IT and Human Resources - hosting services to all operational units.
