Reporting to the Global Brand Sr.
Manager, the Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and maintenance of their assigned brands.
Responsibilities include implementing the strategic business development plans for the brand, maintaining brand identity, designing, and executing marketing plans.
A particular care is required to ensure performances and profitability of the assigned brands are aligned to company objectives.
Responsibilities/ Tasks: Support the Global Brand Sr.
Manager in creating short and long-term Brand strategic plans aimed to drive the organization towards the assigned goals of sales and profitability.
Support in analyzing performances and connected profitability (GM & DBC) in order to ensure that company goals are met and/or propose actions to fill the gaps.
Closely monitor market share trends and competitive activity.
Keep a constant flow of communication with all the Countries to assist in the identification and development of business building ideas and works with other business unit team members to execute the plans.
Interact with the Licensors to ensure proper level of information and execution of the planned activities.
Support the Licensors in the organization of their Showrooms (presentation, samples, price-lists).
Collaborate with Global Trade Marketing to analyze consumption and shipment data and compares results to established objectives to assure the effectiveness of marketing programs Provides appropriate levels of communication with Finance, Merchandising, Supply Chain and Warehouse department to assist in ordering, capacity planning and developing closeout channels Build relationships with external Vendors and Creative Services.
Manage budgets, estimates, bidding, artwork execution, proofs, proofing and press approvals in collaboration with GTM and PR as required.
Oversees the global media process for the brand including establishing and monitoring media budgets; Compile global media briefs, write content and scripts for use in articles and other text requirements Maintains brand POP and advertising budget and monitors expenses to ensure costs are within established levels in collaboration with GTM and Finance.
Support GTM in Developing and coordinating production and deliveries of in-store POP materials to optimize the sales and image of the brand; Monitor POP inventory levels Works closely with the in-house PR department to help coordinate product development, product launches, training materials and promotional activities with the domestic and international sales teams Attend domestic and international trade shows.
Coordinate brand role, and organize marketing related information across brands at trade shows, market weeks and special events, presence in stores, key account promotions, etc Collaborate with Merchandising to Develop product specifications sheets, product catalogs, product concept, release plans, brand briefs, concept charts, and product line management calendar To be successful in this role : You have extensive knowledge (and experience) of brand management concepts and building/execution techniques You have proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, as well the ability to elevate the perception of our corporate brand and our company You have already experienced managerial/supervisor roles You have an international and cross-cultural mindset You thrive on building valuable working relationships at all levels, you are efficient, and you are able to manage multiple issues at once In order for your candidature to be successful, you should have the following experience and skills: Bachelor’s degree from a 4 year accredited college or university in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent training, education and experience 5 to 7 years’ experience in product or brand management required Solid working knowledge of MS Office, Power Point, Word and Excel Experience in fashion or fashion-related industry Excellent project management skills and experience managing large projects Proven track record of influencing constituents for optimal results Excellent organization skills, detail oriented and ability to multitask Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Flexible and able to quickly and effectively change priorities and direction Strong analytical skills required Ability to write and present clear and concise reports Travel domestic and international required This position is hybrid, and is based out of our Italy office, in Alpago ( Belluno).
You also have the possibility of working up to 60% of your week from home (i. e. up to 3 days out of 5, per week).
