You will have the role of functional safety engineer supporting the design, the analysis and the safety assessment of software in both the automotive and digital-energy domains.
You will join a dynamic and highly collaborative team of experts and Ph Ds passionate about research projects and innovative solutions.
Please note you must have the Right to Work in the EU / already based in Italy to be considered.
What we look for somebody, who are able to • Actively enhance state of the art solutions about functional safety in real time embedded software by providing independent thinking and analysis • Contribute to software architecture safety concept definition and validation of real time software and tool chain architectures • Perform safety analysis on real time embedded software area • Handle the realization of key work-products requested by ISO26262 and/or IEC 61508 • Build and keep positive relationships with universities and research institutions • As function safety manager, provide safety plan and case, control and ensure the implementation of the safety process and activities.
Required skills: • M.
Sc in Engineering/ Computer Science.
PhD preferred. • Multi-year experience in safety related project management • Knowledge of ISO26262 (parts 6, 8, 9, 11 recommended, at least) • Safety concept and safety analysis experience on safety related EC Us architectures, embedded software design • Knowledge of micro-controller/processor internal structure • Experience in embedded SW development (i. e. , C, Assembly) • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, strong team-working attitude • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and availability to travel in Europe and in China Desired Skills: • Practical experience on safety analysis (HARA, FMEA, FMEDA, FTA) • Experience in model-based tools development (e. g. , Eclipse Modeling Framework, Java, Acceleo) • Knowledge of IEC 61508 standard • Knowledge of VHDL • Practical experience on AUTOSAR systems and A-SPICE application • Knowledge of POSIX based RTOS • Experience in safety related automotive applications development If this sounds interesting and you'd like to learn more, click the link below to apply or email me with a copy of your resume on lh@eu-recruit. com By applying to this role you understand that we may collect your personal data and store and process it on our systems.
