As part of its continued expansion, the company seeks a Fit- Out Project Manager for his international projects, this is a great opportunity to work on a large iconic cultural project.
The Fit- Out Project Manager is responsible for scope, schedule and profitability of the project assigned to him.
He/she implements projects of bespoke museum spaces, which involve the management of a big team of specialist and suppliers.
The Fit- Out Project Manager is therefore a technician with management competences, with a strong expertise in the Fit- Out industry.
The main tasks includes: Contract management, project scheduling, organization of internal and external resources of the project; Management and interface with international clients and architects; Project risks assessment and prevention; Control and compliance with quality standards; Control and management of project budget and cash flow; Management on site installation up to the take-over to the Client.
Candidate's experience and qualifications: Previous experience of at least 10 - 15 years in a similar position in international organizations working in quality building construction Advanced university degree in engineering, architecture or interior design Full Professional Proficiency in Italian and English, French is a plus Excellent use of Office applications Proficient in construction techniques, interior design, building regulations, and occupational safety standards Experience in technical review Strong leadership skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Have a good understanding on how to achieve the highest quality of products and delivery J-18808- Ljbffr
