Your tasks: Supports the Facility Manager in delivering operational services.
Assists in overseeing service providers in executing the FM tactical and operational goals.
Tracks the implementation of technical guidelines.
Tracks reports on staffing/third parties/contractors through KP Is.
Inspects site for specific projects.
Administers landlord payments and facilitates budget.
Your profile: Vocational or Technical Education ( Surveyor).
Construction Engineer Degree would be a great plus.
Any work experience in Real Estate Company, Property Facility companies would be a huge advantage.
Advanced Level of English.
Good communication and influencing skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
