F&B Director – Cruise Ship Experience – Egypt Are you an experienced F&B Director with a background in managing large-scale cruise ship operations? Here’s a fantastic opportunity to apply your skills in Egypt, overseeing a vast operation with 1,500 rooms and 25 F&B outlets across multiple restaurants, bars, lounges, and event spaces.
Role Overview: Lead and coordinate daily operations across 25 F&B outlets, ensuring seamless service and high standards across all venues Manage a large team and liaise with various departments to enhance guest experiences Implement innovative strategies for operational efficiency, cost control, and quality service Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across all outlets Ideal Candidate: Significant experience managing large cruise ship operations Proven leadership and organisational skills in high-volume F&B operations A strong background in coordinating diverse teams across multiple service environments Available to relocate to Egypt (single or married status, no children) Salary: US$96,000 net (negotiable) Start Date: January 2025 This is a rare opportunity to bring your cruise ship experience to land and manage one of Egypt’s largest F&B operations.
