As an Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) Process Lead you will be provide advice and support to key stakeholders in AMMEGA on the management of Environmental and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
Also you will be develop Environment & CSR strategies and support key stakeholders in their delivery.
This role can be based in Katowice (PL), or Mathi ( Turin/IT), or Heerhugowaard (NL).
Responsibilities in this role will be Work with the HSE team and key stakeholders to identify, assess, and manage Environmental and CSR Develop, and input into where applicable, Environment & CSR procedures and processes to make sure that Environment & CSR elements of the Integrated Management System (IMS), applicable regulatory requirements and Group HSE positions are carried out in the business.
Develop and implement Environment & CSR self-verification program as applicable.
Oversee and coordinate internal and external Environment & CSR reporting requirements to the Group, and external parties.
Advise and assist the business with ISO 14001 attestation program. .
Define Environment & CSR requirements for new projects.
Raise awareness on the application of Environment & CSR strategies to the stakeholders managing key activities.
Coordinate implementation of the Human Rights policy within AMMEGA, acting as Subject Matter Expert on human rights and modern slavery for the business We are looking for you to have Qualifications in Environmental Science and/or Environmental Management, or experience in these roles.
Strong understanding of Environment & CSR risks, impact assessments, and developing Environment & CSR business strategies.
Progressively responsible experience working at an international level in a highly regulated industry Experienced in ISO 14001 environmental management systems or its equivalent Working knowledge of international environmental legislation Understanding of CRC, CE, RoHS & REACH Substantial experience of working in a similar role, and able to speak knowledgeably, accurately and with confidence on current environmental and social matters Ability to build relationships based on trust and facilitate cross-business and multi stakeholder group The benefits of working at AMMEGA go beyond the daily work.
