You will handle technical inquiries troubleshoot issues and ensure client satisfaction through proactive assistance.
Responsibilities: Handle inbound inquiries via email and live chat resolving technical issues promptly and effectively.
Proactively convert email and chat interactions into outbound calls to provide personalized support and ensure high client satisfaction.
Support small and mediumsized businesses (SM Bs) across Italy and Englishspeaking regions through various communication channels.
Provide presales and postsales assistance on selfservice products guiding clients on product features and best practices.
Analyze trends and challenges faced by SMB clients offering solutions to enhance their advertising experience.
Compensation &Benefits: Training Program: 15 working days 8 hours per day with flexible timings between 08:30h and 09:30h conducted in English.
Compensation during training is 92. 80 EUR per week Salary options: 1366. 17 EUR monthly inclusive of base salary Christmas and holiday bonuses plus a food allowance. 1040. 68 EUR including base salary room allowance Christmas and Holiday bonuses plus Food allowance Benefits: Private health insurance meal card and holiday bonuses.
Relocation: Airport pickup and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal.
Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses.
Yearly complementary twoway flight ticket back to your home country (within the EU).
Accommodation in one of our companys shared apartments fully equipped and furnished including kitchen living room with cable TV and wireless internet.
All utilities (water gas electricity cable TV internet) are covered by the company within responsible use limits.
Free Portuguese lessons sports activities cooking lessons and more! Accommodation: The company offers the option of living in a room in one of our companyrented apartments for at least the first 14 months of your stay.
Apartments are typically located 2060 minutes away from the workplace and are fully equipped with all necessary amenities.
Upon arrival you will find bedsheets pillows and towels provided.
Schedule &Location: Hours: 40 hours per week 8 hours per day with a 1hour lunch break.
Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday spanning from 7:00 am to 0:00 am.
Days Off: 2 days off per week scheduled by the shift manager with advance notice of 4 weeks.
Location: Lisbon City Center.
Additional Details: Joining Deadline: November 18th.
Contract Type: Temporary with potential for renewal and permanent employment after a 1month trial period.
