As Customer Care Representative you will be a daily point of reference for merchants who accept the App as a payment system and for the private users that pay with the App.
You will also interact with various company departments and will be responsible for assisting users or merchants through new features and improvements, queries and different issues.
The activity will be handled mainly by email or phone-calls, and consists of: Managing large amounts of incoming emails providing high-quality support to customers, by assisting them to solve pre and post-activation problems; On-boarding hundreds of merchants per day following strict internal procedures; Making scheduled outbound calls with merchants; Collecting and combining information from multiple sources, using spreadsheets and customer care / BI tools; Taking care of the relationship with existing business partners; Completing and improving existing procedures.
Our ideal candidate will have: University/college degree; Fluency both in spoken and written Italian and English ; Previous experience in Customer Care activities is preferred; Great time management skills and natural problem-solving abilities; Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities and attitude to work in a team; A detail-oriented mindset; Capability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment; Knowledge of German and/or French is considered a strong plus.

The role is based in Milan , Italy.
Working hours: full time , 40 hours/week, 5 days/week, from Monday to Friday, from 9. 00 to 19. 00 or from 10. 00 to 19. 00 and during weekends from 9. 00 to 18. 00, depending on work shifts.
Remote work is available up to 2 days per week.
CCNL Metalmeccanico, type of contract (fixed term or permanent) will be commensurated with experience.
Salary range: €24. 000 - €32. 000 + meal vouchers €8/day.
