Coating Engineer (Plant Manager)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coating Engineer ( Plant Manager) to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all coating processes, equipment, machinery, and production, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee All Coating Processes, Equipment, Machinery, and Production: Ensure the smooth operation of coating processes and equipment, and supervise production activities.
Understand Product Characteristics: Familiarize yourself with and understand the various characteristics and requirements of the products.
Familiarity with 16949 Standards: Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 standards to maintain product quality and adherence to regulations.
Operate SAP and MES Systems: Manage and operate SAP and MES systems for efficient production management.
Requirements: Proficiency in coating-related software Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite ( Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams) Strong English language skills Over 10 years of experience in coating processes #J-18808- Ljbffr
