This position reports to Pricing Specialist Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with sales, marketing and product functions providing data and statistics to support existing and potential products, systems, and/or services strategy.
Each day, you will support the implementation, development and maintenance of region statistics (costs, sales, prices, orders, etc. ) through big data tools like PowerBI.
You will support sales with statistics and scorecard tracking and provide computing expertise to the organization.
You will also showcase your expertise by working with the team on new development dashboards.
The work model for the role is: #LI- Hybrid This role contributes to the Electrification - Installation Products Business Line in Sesto San Giovanni (MI).
You will be mainly accountable for: • Constructing and fitting statistical, machine learning, or optimization models and developing appropriate advanced statistical methods • Designing database systems • Ensuring high-quality analysis and extracting data from sales/financial tools to support KPI tracking • Assisting in the development of statistical analysis tools • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop analytical solutions • Supporting regional teams in the best use of tracking system and monitoring ongoing data quality. • Suggesting improvements concerning statistics creation and maintenance. • Documenting, reviewing and updating all documents on tools and database setup You will join a dynamic and talented team, where you will be able to thrive.
Qualifications for the role Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or similar Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerBI - DAX and Power Query.
R and Phyton are a plus You are passionate about data management and structures.
Knowledge of costs and profitability KP Is is preferred You enjoy working in a team and you have a good interpersonal attitude You are goal-oriented, precise in following procedures and have a problem solving attitude You are at ease communicating in both Italian and English languages What's in it for you?
