Responsibilities include: Developing, validating, and regularly utilizing separative methods for the analysis of vaccine products.
Independently operating key separative techniques used in vaccine characterization.
Collaborating closely with senior staff to interpret data and contribute to the design of development work.
Applying scientifically sound approaches to influence technical decisions and address complex technical issues.
Working collaboratively with the team to ensure the successful execution of daily tasks.
Preparing and presenting scientific data to internal audiences.
Occasionally writing technical documents, such as protocols and reports.
Communicating effectively with managers and accountable scientists to ensure timely project progression.
Demonstrating a strong understanding of and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations.
Requirements: Master's degree in CTF or Analytical Chemistry; PhD is a plus.
Proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to engage in conversations.
Demonstrated innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Theoretical and practical knowledge of main separative techniques is preferred, including capillary electrophoresis, high-performance liquid chromatography (reverse phase, ion chromatography), and associated detectors (UV, CAD, MS, RI, etc. ).
