Primary Responsibilities Include: Delivering excellence to all guests and crafting lasting culinary experiences.
Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising restaurant team, including waiters, wine waiters, hosts, bartenders, and support personnel.
Ensuring exceptional customer service by training and coaching staff on hospitality standards, and resolving issues promptly.
Overseeing day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, managing reservations and seating arrangements, and coordinating timely food preparation with the kitchen staff.
Maintaining a professional relationship with guests and colleagues.
Anticipating guests' needs and handling guest complaints.
Assisting the Restaurant Manager in monitoring stock levels and alignment to the department's financial objectives.
Requirements: What You Bring: Proven track record of managing successful restaurants, overseeing staff, and achieving financial targets.
Knowledge of menu planning, food quality standards, wine and beverage service, food safety and sanitation, and industry trends.
Professional experience at a Michelin-starred restaurant within the same role.
Demonstrated leadership and management skills; ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
Strong problem-solving skills; ability to make decisions quickly, adapt to changing circumstances, and find effective solutions to issues that may arise.
