This individual will work 30% on the primary care portfolio and 70% on the Anti-infectives portfolio.
The role will therefore require good understanding and appreciation of the relevant access routes, pricing, reimbursement mechanisms as well as scientific, technical, regulatory, intellectual property and commercial considerations to ensure a successful access for in-line products.
The Antibiotic Market Access Associate will report into the Global Head, Market Access and Pricing, PC&, SC, and will partner closely with the Global Pricing &, Market Access Specialist for Anti-infectives.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Support regional and local teams in addressing market access, price and reimbursement challenges for primary care (30%) and anti-infectives portfolio (70%) Support the Global team in access projects to demonstrate the value of the antibiotic portfolio Hold periodical meetings with the Countries focused on access plans and activities on the antibiotics Provide timely and quick pricing &, reimbursement data analysis to support counterparts in the Marketing, Medical, Commercial and across other relevant functions Support the Global Market Access team in delivering core materials pre-launch and post launch access strategy, such as global payer value deck and global objection handler Provide the regional and local teams with the operational support for the P&, R submission, and collecting feedback by the main internal stakeholders Support the Global P&, MA team in evaluating the price evolution of the responsible products Demonstrate company Values on a consistent basis.
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in economics, market access, health policy, pharmaceutical sciences, or a related Market Access Master Course 1 year of relevant experience in market access in a pharma industry or related consulting services would be preferred Fluency in English, spoken and written Understanding of the EU reimbursement and pricing criteria and Anti-infective knowledge is a plus Ability to synthesize, analyze and communicate large volumes of data effectively and clearly, proficiency in Excel and Power Point Understanding of HEOR ( Health Economics Outcome Research) and RWE ( Real World Evidence) concepts Optimal knowledge and use of the Microsoft office (power point, excel, word) Ability to work with multiple functions, geographies, and cultures Problem solver, team player, quick learner and highly motivated Contract type: 1 year temporary contract , until March 2026, depending from the starting date, with prospects.
