Funzione: Sede: Offanengo, Italy Contratto: Full Time Chromavis, a leading makeup manufacturer, formulator, and innovator, is seeking an experienced and dynamic AI & Digitalization Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the company's transformation by harnessing the power of artificial intelligence and digital technologies.
This position reports directly to the CEO and offers an exciting opportunity to lead the integration of AI solutions throughout the organization, revolutionizing our products and services.
Key Responsibilities: AI Strategy Development: Formulate a comprehensive AI and digitalization strategy that aligns with Chromavis's business objectives.
Identify opportunities for AI implementation across all facets of the company's operations.
Technology Assessment: Continuously evaluate emerging AI and digitalization technologies, assessing their relevance to Chromavis's business model and manufacturing processes.
AI Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement AI projects, overseeing project lifecycles, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure seamless integration of AI into the company's services.
Data Utilization: Identify, organize, and optimize data sources to support AI initiatives.
Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to leverage data for informed decision-making.
Process Optimization: Streamline and improve existing processes using AI and digital solutions, with a focus on enhancing manufacturing efficiency and product innovation.
Team Coaching: Coordinate and mentor a team over different services of AI and digitalization enthusiasts.
Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and collaboration.
Compliance and Security: Ensure that all AI and digital initiatives comply with relevant regulations and maintain the highest standards of data security and privacy.
Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KP Is) to measure the impact and effectiveness of AI and digitalization projects.
Provide regular reports to the CEO and stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather insights and feedback, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
Reports To: CEO Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in AI and digital transformation, preferably in a manufacturing or cosmetics industry.
Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Deep understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, data analytics, and digitalization strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of relevant data privacy and compliance regulations.
