Admin Coordinator - Liscate

The candidate, reporting directly to the site manager and managing a team, will have the following responsabilities: Dealing with customers and the warehouse supervisor for daily activities and impromptu or extraordinary activities Verification of their fulfillment in compliance with the assigned deadlines Data extraction from management system and obtaining KP Is to share internally and with customers after analysis Extraction of monthly data, possible reconciliation with customers, and handling internal input for reporting and/or invoicing Is an active part in the management of internal and external audits, and promoter of initiatives aimed at infrastructure improvement Requirements: Skilled with the Office Suite, in particular Excel Good knowledge of English Analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines Team worker Ability to manage and motivate a team Customer oriented attitude: able to build successful relationship with clients Good organizational and planning skills #J-18808- Ljbffr
