HR Recruiter (m/f) Responsibilities Within Human Resources Department, the role involves, after an on boarding period necessary to understand the Marposs culture and the working context, the personnel recruitment, as weel as the organization of career days and employer branding events, the development of relationships with school and university institutions, the organization of internships.
The candidate will work both at Bentivoglio Headquarters and at other Italian companies of Marposs Group, with frequent short-term transfers in Northern Italy.
ProfileA degree in Psychology, Political Science or Law with a high grade and at least 3 years' experience in a similar position are required.
Sensitivity, listening ability and balance are fundamental qualities for this role, which is demanding but has a great impact in terms of transmitting corporate culture and of the continuity and quality of the resources to be hired and developed in the company.
