As Acquera Yachting continues to expand, we are searching for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Yacht Operations Agent for our offices in two prestigious locations in Venice , Italy Role: A Yacht Operations Agent is responsible for coordinating and overseeing various aspects of yacht operations, ensuring smooth satisfaction for both crew and guests.
This role involves managing logistics, scheduling maintenance and repairs, handling guest services, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with maritime regulations.
Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for yacht owners, captains, and crew members.
Understand client’s needs and coordinate a smooth yacht operations process.
Plan and sell the best possible travel destination, accommodations, organization of events, and services in general according to client’s needs.
Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials.
Network with our operators or specialists in this field.
Oversee the logistical aspects of Yacht Operations, including provisioning and crew services.
Collaborate with local service providers to secure necessary resources for Yacht Operations.
Requirements: 2 years of experience in the Tourism area.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends, as needed.
In-depth knowledge of the lagoon city and its unique characteristics.
Contract and remuneration will be determined according to the profile.
