Le poste WAREHOUSE & LOGISTICS MANAGER Berluti, only masculine House of the LVMH Group, was established in Paris in 1895 by Italian-born Alessandro Berluti.

MISSION As Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for guaranteeing the correct management of all physical flows.
This includes incoming raw materials, their storage and handling, and their outgoing flow to third parties or suppliers of semi-finished products.
You will oversee these operations both at the main Manifattura Berluti site and in external storage locations, ensuring compliance with operational and management standards appropriate for the business.
Furthermore, you will manage the physical flow of preparing and shipping all finished products from Manifattura Berluti to Maison’s GDC, as well as the supply flows of raw materials and semi-finished products to various stages of internal production and to third-party producers of leather goods and footwear.
Maintaining consistency and coherence of storage data (both internal and external) on the management system through periodic counts and ensuring the correct application of all safety regulations related to company facilities regarding flows, spaces, and storage will also be under your supervision.
Les missions Complete management of inbound operations for all raw materials and semi-finished products received from suppliers and third parties.
Ensuring accurate registration of incoming, stored, and outgoing documents within SAP.
Following quality control, you will oversee the correct storage of all incoming items according to FIFO logic, paying particular attention to the management of leather based on quality selection criteria.
Preparing the necessary materials for external suppliers and guarantee their subsequent shipment.
Preparing the necessary materials for the Development department's sample creation process.
Managing external storage locations by replicating the operational procedures (both physical and within SAP) used at the headquarters warehouse.
You will also be tasked with training, monitoring, and evaluating external resources, ensuring alignment with internal standards.
Guarantee the continuity of the production flow for both internal lines and third-party manufacturers, by correctly and appropriately allocating internal and external storage spaces.
Monitor low-rotation and depreciated materials, working with other teams to identify potential reuse options managing couriers and transporters for all shipments (excluding finished products), and negotiating related tariffs in conjunction with the purchasing department.
Receive, prepare, and ship all finished products to the Maison's GDC.
Periodic checks to guarantee the accuracy of raw material inventories recorded in SAP.
Votre profil Degree in Management Engineering or equivalent experience.
At least 5-8 years of experience in a similar managerial role, with management of logistics flows, multi-location warehouses, and team management.
High organizational capacity and ability to manage peak workloads.
Excellent problem-solving and team working skills.
High flexibility and dynamism.
Excellent IT skills ( Microsoft Office and SAP).
Good knowledge of the Italian and English language.
