The Role As part of our team, you will manage customer inquiries, communicate with customers using different platforms.
Your key tasks will be: · Answering customers inquires Ensuring customer satisfaction and manage follow-ups Optimize follow-up processes to improve customer satisfaction Define and implement targeted sales strategies for individual dealers About you We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results.
Our ideal Call Center Agent has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Communication or similar, as well as: Computer literacy, especially MS Office Fluent level of English Previous experience in contact with customers is considered a huge plus Great problem-solving and communication skills Experience of planning complex schedules of activities If you’re ready to make an impact and contribute to our company’s success, apply now!
