This role is critical in both designing the overall testing automation process and being highly hands-on in implementing automation solutions.
Responsibilities and Duties - Collaborate with a high-performing and forward-focused agile team and stakeholders to identify and prioritize testing activities based on project requirements - Define the Test Strategy and prepare detailed Test Plans to ensure comprehensive test coverage - Lead the development and execution of testing strategy with a strong focus on test automation using Tricentis TOSCA - Take a hands-on approach in developing' maintaining' and optimizing automated test scripts' ensuring high coverage and reliability - Manage and mentor a team of testers' providing guidance and support as needed - Ensure seamless integration of automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline Qualifications and Skills - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science' Engineering' or equivalent work experience - 5+ years of experience as a Test Manager with hands-on expertise in test automation - Strong knowledge of Test Automation methodology and tools' with a deep focus on Tricentis TOSCA for automation - Good understanding of additional testing tools such as Xray' Neoload' API testing' and Service Now - Proven experience in establishing quality assurance processes and automation frameworks - ISTQB Advanced Level Certification and Tricentis TOSCA Certification would be an advantage - Fluent in spoken and written English and Italian Location Requirement: - Please note that a fully remote work policy is not offered for this role - Candidates should be prepared to relocate to Canton Ticino/ Switzerland - Work-from-home days may be possible according to the Client's policy Do not hesitate and apply now!
