Applicants must have a proven track record of mentorship for other students and display advanced problem solving and critical thinking.
The ideal candidate will be a highly experienced Tech Zone student worker.
Please Note: Candidates must be able to work between May 19th- August 7th.
Housing and meal plan are included.
Requirements: Manage the general activity of the Tech Zone Carry out duties as assigned at the Tech Zone Mentor and train new student workers at the Tech Zone Take an active role in creating documentation for tier-0 and tier-1 support issues at the Tech Zone Provide first level help desk and walk-up support to provide support of all UNIT supported systems.
Consult with students, faculty, and staff on complex issues regarding Villanova technology and systems.
Assist with computer problems and provide diagnosis and resolutions.
Log calls utilizing Team Dynamix (TDX) ticket system.
