Supply Chain Quality Intern

PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Supply Chain Quality Intern Apparel will support the Global Supply Chain Quality Manager to ensure the quality of our products continues to meet and exceed both our high-quality standards as well as our customers' expectations.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Giving support to the Global Supply Chain Quality Manager you will have the opportunity to: - Assist and support the Technical team ( Quality Technicians) to assess and solve quality issues before shipment - Provide ad-hoc training to our vendors - Work with third-parties who are inspecting our products to guarantee the quality' consistency and reputation of our garments - Work with our global warehouses in reviewing quality issues and taking corrective actions to recondition our products into the required specifications and quality standards - Work with our global offices to align our strategies - Manage quality claims to Vendors and corrective action plans - Review and optimize KP Is - Assist when issuing global quality performance reports - Ensure frequent and clear communication across internal and external stakeholders REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Education in Fashion' Textiles' Clothing or equivalent work experience - Passion and attitude for Fashion - Extensive knowledge of Excel is preferrable - Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English is required' any other European language would be considered a plus - Positive attitude' open minded' good team player in cross-functional and multinational teams - Attention to details - Strong problem solving and analytical skills - Self-motivated' focused on meeting deadlines and well-organized to multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both internal and external players Benefits What we can offer you - An International' fresh and dynamic working environment - Balance between work and personal life: Smart Working ( Hybrid) and Time flexibility - Physical &, Mental Health programs' sustainable projects promoted by Guess Community - Arts' sports and social events outside the office' thanks to our Guess Fun activities - Training &, Development platform and paths - Free canteen - Discount on our products both online and in store
