There will be constant communication with HQ and external vendors, in order to validate the offered solutions and support them during the project stages for the development of service systems.
Some of the responsibilities include: supporting the daily maintenance of service systems (corporate and/or local), data extraction and provide advice to authorized service partners and/or their SW Houses in case of data transmission errors to SEI.
You will also have to offer advice to the service centers to optimize their local management solutions, as well as to provide courses and guidelines related to cyber security.
Skills and QualificationsB Sc/ M Sc in Computer ScienceSQL, MySQL Relational Databases ( MariaDB, PostegreSQL etc) Office Notions of data analytics and use connected platforms (for example Power BI, Qlik, Tableau); Notions of Cyber security; Notions of AI; Ability to develop Web Services (XML, JSON).
LANGUAGES: English fluent written and spoken Italian native languageADDITIONAL SKILLS: Team work ability; Good relational skills; Passion for technology; Pro-activity and ability to learn on the job; Problem solving attitude; Curiosity for new technologies and ability to identify new opportunities for service. *
