Find out more about HZI at Job Description Your responsibilities To develop process engineering of a given service project, in compliance with deadlines and technical specifications such as, among others: Development of Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) Sizing of static and rotating equipment, sizing of control and pressure safety valves and production of related technical documentation Heat and Material Balance and Process simulation is an advantage Technical evaluation and comparison of suppliers’ offers Participation in safety studies and reviews Support to the commissioning with control optimizations and participation to plant performance test Awareness of the HSE requirements relevant to the process, and implements and complies with them Preparation of the required procedural documents such as designs, balance sheets and data sheets for quotation and optimization projects Definition of technical guarantees, assessment of risks or definition of measures for guarantees that are outside the standard Ensures that the implementation of the process engineering in the project complies with the basic concept and the HZI instructions and guidelines Preparation of the operating manual or the supplement for conversions Preparation of technical documents for the procurement of various systems Process specifications for planning and construction and verification of correct implementation Preparation of the technical inquiry documents for system inquiries based on the customer tender for quotation and conversion projects and technical and commercial examination of the requested offers Conducting technical meetings during procurement negotiations Plant analyses, studies and concept development to optimize plant availability, energy and equipment consumption or to increase the performance of a plant Preparation of project-specific documentation Carrying out and supporting official inspections and tests on the construction site Qualifications Your experiences Job specific qualification: Safety and customer oriented Industry experience ( Oil & Gas/ Energy sector/ Energy from Waste/ Renewable Energies/ Chemistry) High Degree of autonomy in the management, development, communication and responsibility for complex systems Knowledge in development and optimization of systems and specifications including cost awareness Experience in collaborating with international project teams is an advantage Independent concept development of different process sections for Energy from Waste ( EfW) and Industrial Plants applications is an advantage Capable of analysing design features of various OEM technologies, conceiving competitive concept and basics of enhancement and optimisation solutions, including defining levels of guaranteed performances Independent process handling in various stages of the work procedures Good process knowledge of all HZI systems is an advantage Good, detailed knowledge of process engineering, plant automation, process functions and layout/construction technical features of Waste to Energy plant system is an advantage Can convince internal and external contact persons Selects solutions and represents them internally and externally Operational knowledge (commissioning experience) and comprehensive overall plant knowledge is an advantage Competence in working methods: Hands-on mentality with the ability to work well under pressure Good effective decision-making and problem-solving skills Integrative thinking and ability to manage complex and challenging situations/matters to achieve the best outcome Self-driven and solution-oriented Open minded personality with good communication skills Sound knowledge of engineering tools and process methodology Very good MS- Office user knowledge, especially Excel user knowledge (pivot, macros etc. ) Very good Presentation and technical negotiations skills Show excellent capabilities in the explanation of complex technical and working processes Risk evaluation process-minded Fluent (minimum B2 level) in written and spoken English, any other language skills are an advantage Additional Information We offer Responsible challenge with diversified field of activity Team-oriented working atmosphere in an international Company Personal development opportunities through own Inova Academy Opportunity to gain an insight into various technical disciplines Excellent employment conditions Attractive working place (central, good transport links)
