Daily Reconciliations & Quality Assurance activities Incident Reporting & Escalation Act on Incidents/ Problem Management/CTB initiatives / BoW ( Regulatory, Audit, Essential Maintenance and Discretionary), participating from business requirements stage until UAT Testing and rollout to Production Environment Skills You’ll Need Relevant Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university Proven experience in banking operational areas Excellent English language proficiency (written/verbal) Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Excel Skills That Will Help You Excel Excellent communication and analytical skills, flexible regarding production problem solving Open minded, able to share information, knowledge and expertise with peers & team members Able to work in virtual global teams and a matrix organization Expectations It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the São Paulo, Brazil office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.   Deutsche Bank provides reasonable accommodations to candidates and employees with a substantiated need based on disability and/or religion.
