Offerta As a key player of the SAP Competence center, with focus on the supply chain modules, the candidate selected for the role of SAP Functional Analyst Project Manager will work on supporting and advising the business in their further improvements to the business process design and implementation activities, with the following key responsibilities: Actively seek to fully understand the details of the Business Processes related to the whole Supply Chain, and have a good understanding of how these impact the other business processes of the company.
Identify improvements solutions that can help shape the future of the company.
Ability to map Business Processes to SAP technologies and practices.
Write Functional documentation where an understanding of technical specification configuration documents are a plus.
Work together with our SAP implementation partner for externalized development work.
Do minor to medium S/4 HANA system configurations.
Review documentation.
Support and lead tasks in an agile way.
Provide support to user requests incidents.
Identify key drivers to define a problem and propose solutions.
Identify and solve problems using analysis, experience, and judgment.
Perform analysis and effective diagnosis of clients' issues.
Help and advise in selecting the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific internal client requirements.
Contribute to continuous development of methods and tools.
Demonstrate accountability and contributions to the successful realization of the group IT goals.
Competenze ed esperienza The candidate for the role of SAP Functional Analyst Project Manager should have the following skills and experiences:A minimum of bachelor's degree in either IT, Business, Engineering.
English and Italian are a must.
Any other European language will be a strong asset, in particular, Dutch or French.
A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a SAP environment.
Experience acquired through involvement in international projects and support activities will be a strong plus.
A proven experience in working in a discrete manufacturing environment, preferably multi-sites and international.
A proven experience in S/4 HANA will be a strong added value.
Comprehensive knowledge of the SAP Supply Chain Management, particularly of the PP, APO, EWM, MM, TM, and QM modules.
Knowledge of ABAP and/or FIORI development is a plus.
Demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills with an ability to consult with senior leadership and influence without authority.
Self-directed and organized; able to manage responsibilities for multiple, simultaneous initiatives.
Outstanding communication skills: ability to deliver information in clear, concise, and relevant manner both in written and oral format.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Open to periodic travel, approximately once per month, to visit and support production facilities located in France, United Kingdom, Italy, and Belgium.
