Tasks You will support the sales team and ensure that everything is clarified and ready for the start of the project: Ensure all project participants are well-informed and supported, serving as the key contact for both customers and your team.
Respond to customer inquiries within agreed timeframes, aligning solutions with budget guidelines and technical capabilities, while coordinating with experts as needed.
Draft commercial documents in line with customer requirements and internal policies.
Oversee the entire process from order placement to delivery, ensuring efficient and accurate execution.
Manage inquiries on maintenance, repairs, and spare parts, and handle complaints to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
Requirements You have 2-5 years of professional experience in the field of customer service.
You are fluent in Italian and have strong communication capabilities.
Nice-to- Have: Experience within the lighting design industrie.
Nice-to- Have: Education in a technical area.
Nice-to- Have: Fluent German and/or English language skills for the international exchange.
Benefits You can either work in the office with your colleagues or up to 40% remotely.
Your core hours are from 9. 00-12. 00 and 14. 00-16. 30 from Monday to Thursday and Fridays just from 9. 00-12. 00.
