Test and evaluate A Igenerated content to ensure quality and relevance Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Bangalore.
In this role you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities building strong client relationships and promoting our service offerings in AI/ML humanintheloop solutions.
You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and achieving our sales targets.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals.
Identify and target new business opportunities across various industries including Media and High Tech Retail CPG Automotive and Healthcare.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers in target companies.
Present Next Wealth s service offerings in Trust and Safety e Commerce Catalog Computer Vision and Generative AI to potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals ensuring profitable growth.
Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless service implementation and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support sales efforts.
Provide feedback to product development teams based on client needs and market insights.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics including pipeline development conversion rates and revenue growth.
Adjust sales strategies as needed to meet changing market conditions and achieve sales targets.
Prepare regular sales forecasts and present updates to senior management.
Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 710 years of experience in sales preferably 35 years in the AI/ML technology or BPO sectors.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of AI/ML humanintheloop services and their applications across various industries.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain longterm client relationships.
Selfmotivated resultsoriented and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills: Experience in selling AI/ML solutions particularly in Trust and Safety e Commerce Catalog Computer Vision or Generative AI.
Familiarity with industries such as Media and High Tech Retail CPG Automotive and Healthcare.
Strong network of contacts within target industries.
