As a member of our team, you will have direct interaction with a diverse range of companies, ranging from small independent businesses to well-established corporations.
Your role will advising these companies on the digitization of their operations through personalized demonstrations of their business flows.
Additionally, your negotiation skills will play a crucial role in acquiring new customers and cultivating long-lasting relationships with them. However, your responsibilities extend beyond sales, you will also be responsible for nurturing client relationships and ensuring the smooth implementation of our solutions for a period of 9 months, taking care of follow-ups and ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
Responsibilities Concretely, you will: Become an expert at using Odoo and acquire technical/functional knowledge Handle the entire sales cycle from qualification to closing, without prospecting! Receive leads, engage and qualify prospects Analyse customer requirements, business processes, and operational pain points Provide customers with a tailor made demonstration of the software Create customised offers and negotiate contract terms Manage the closing of the account and after-sales period MUST HAVE 1-5 years of work experience as a Salesperson, or Consultant, preferably in the B2B area Fluent in Italian (C1+/C2) and English Excellent communication skills Strong business acumen and curiosity Genuine interest in software products You are able to create trust and enthusiasm through your positive, energetic, and creative attitude Nice to have Results-oriented and open-minded personality Previous experience in Sales or Consultancy, preferably in the B2B area Knowledge of ERP and SaaS software Work hard/play hard mentality Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Relevant work experience Whats great about this job? ✨ Get the chance to be a pillar in the evolution of the new Odoo subsidiary No cold calling - you get leads from different marketing channels Solution selling & consulting approach where you can use your analytical skills Deal with various stakeholders: SME's, CE Os, CF Os, CT Os Engage with companies of different industries, sizes and from different countries Working with the best ERP on the market in a broad range of industries High commissions for top sellers, no limit Working at Odoo Go Global Connect with Odooers around the world and work with clients from all around Italy Sponsored Events Afterworks, BB Qs, team buildings, etc. .
