For our stores BOSS & HUGO inside Agira Outlet, we are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic part-time Sales Associates who are motivated to contribute and convey the values of our Brand on a daily basis.
The role involves performing all activities related to the sale of clothing and accessories, passionately living the company values, and building customer loyalty for a positive, concrete, and engaging shopping experience.
Main activities: Customer reception Customer counseling and assisted sales by providing excellent levels of service while complying with all company standards, policies, and procedures Cashiering: sales, opening, and closing Contributing to the achievement of team performance goals and individual KP Is Merchandising (store replenishment) and stocking activities Daily implementation of company processes and guidelines conveyed through the Store Operations Manual and training courses delivered online on the company portal Detail-oriented Minimum Requirements: Sales orientation Flexibility Interpersonal skills Experience in Retail of at least 1 or 2 years Excellent knowledge of the English language This announcement is addressed to both sexes, in accordance with Law 903/77, without any limit of age and/or nationality.
