How you will contribute?
La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno dell’ Ufficio Quality Customer Service di Bottega Veneta e si occuperà principalmente delle seguenti attività :
• Gestione richieste assistenza dai Regional CS, Stores e Customer Care;
• Gestione dell'avanzamento di commesse e ordini di lavoro relativo alle riparazioni di merce di proprietà di clienti terzi e/o negozi Bottega Veneta;
• Supporto al team IT nello sviluppo e follow-up di progetti riguardanti l' After Sales;
• Creazione di reportistiche riguardanti i resi.
 Who you are?
• Laurea Triennale o Magistrale ( Ingegneria Gestionale o affini);
• Preferibile esperienza lavorativa di almeno 1-3 anni;
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata;
• Buone conoscenze del Pacchetto Office ( Excel, Power Point, Power BI); conoscenza sistemi gestionali (nello specifico AS400 e Stealth 3000); reportistica Qlickview è un plus;
• Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali, predisposizione al lavoro in team e gestione dello stress. Ordine e precisione si ritengono attitudini fondamentali.
